The world best search engine Google is planning to increase man power in China to one-third by this year end. A senior company executive said that they are spending a lot on promotions to win the market share. Lee Kai-Fu, the Google President of Greater China said that the Silicon Valley Company means to add on 200 staffs in this present year to its obtainable 600 recruits to sustain the level of employees for next 3 to 5 years. The employees who will be recruited their job fields in technology, Sales and Marketing. In the past 2 Quarters, Google hired 800 new employees from wide-reaching.
