
Google enhances their product as sonly. Now the recent enhacement lets you filter your mail into multiple inboxes in gmail.
Suppose you have prohibited some of your mail using labels that indicate various projects. You can now express all your labeled mail into different inboxes, each of which is discernible on the same screen concurrently.
Get enabling with this multiple inboxes, Go to top of the Gmail window, click Settings and then control to the Labs tab. Scroll down to Multiple Inboxes and enable it. Now you'll have a multiple inboxes tab in Setting. When setting up your multiple inboxes, you can use any of Gmail's supported search operators to create any sort of search you want. For example, good choices for your multiple inboxes might include searches like:
is:starred
is:unread
has:attachment
This is really a pretty cool feature that makes Gmail far easier to use. I wish that the inbox relationship was on the main mail screen rather than cubbied away in Settings, but that’s a quibble. Not only does this help you keep your inbox clean and orderly, but it keeps your labeled mail right at our fingertips as well.
